Children’s Ministry
Our Children's Ministry is dedicated to teaching children of all ages the Word of God.
Boys & Girls Missionary Challenge (BGMC) is the Assemblies of God missions program for boys and girls. The first and most important goal of BGMC at Metuchen Assembly of God is to instill in the children a spirit of giving and compassion for the lost and needy children in our world. The money raised through BGMC is used to provide our missionaries in America and around the world with the supplies they need in order to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. BGMC is led and taught by Diana Kenney on the 2nd Sunday of each month.

Missionettes Girls Clubs is a ministry of the local church for girls ages 3 through 11 and is guided by the Titus 2 principle of women mentoring girls. We meet every Wednesday at 7:30 PM. Though badges and awards are motivators as girls participate in the program, they are not the focus. We look at Missionettes as a tool to reach young girls for Christ and see them mentored into beautiful young women. Missionettes is a place where girls have fun learning biblical truths for living and building lifelong relationships.
The Nursery is a vital ministry in our church. The nursery/toddler staff allows parents to fully enjoy the service without worrying about their children. We teach children at an early age the love of God. We also create a safe, pleasant and sanitary environment for infants and toddlers who have been entrusted in our care.
